DOCTOR
Dr. Peter H Nguyen, O.D.Dr. Nguyen earned a Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree from the Southern California College of Optometry. His post-graduate education includes a clinical residency in Ocular Disease at the VA Las Vegas Southern Nevada Healthcare System. Prior to his graduate education, Dr. Nguyen earned a Bachelors of Science from the University of California Davis.Dr. Nguyen is native to the Bay Area. After several years of practicing in Southern California and Las Vegas, Dr. Nguyen decided to return to the Bay Area to open his own private practice serving his hometown community of San Jose. Dr. Nguyen is a member of the American Academy of Optometry, Asian American Optometric Association, California Optometric Association, and American Optometric Association. Dr. Nguyen combines his passion for eye care and dedication to philanthropy through participation in several community service organizations including Project Homeless Connect, Community Vision Screenings, and Vision Outreach Volunteer.Outside of the office, Dr. Nguyen enjoys playing golf, football, and basketball. He also enjoys the outdoors, snowboarding and camping with his family and friends.At Foresight Optometry, our mission is to provide excellent personalized eye care for you and your family.
